His work spans both production and technical areas, allowing him to build a broad knowledge base. He has a hands-on mentality that will guarantee the timely and successful delivery of materials.

Seasoned producer that started her career in commercials, moved to fiction and series and has now come back to the short format. Being in production she knows how to set up a successful project from the start and monitoring its success until the finish line and also the phase-out. With her background in features she also stands out as strong producer for storytelling commercial formats.

Tanja's career covers a wide span of creative roles that eventually led to her dream: working in film. Translating briefings and tasks into a visual interpretation as an artist and later on as casting director, made her an expert in working solution-oriented while not letting go of the vision. She also worked on „the other side“ as a product manager; bridging brand communication goals with relevant, innovative methods. Empathic and intuitive, she understands quickly what a project needs and how that can be achieved. She now applies her creativity in production, finding unique solutions to fast-paced projects especially in digital formats.

As a long-time, passionate producer she is familiar with any kind of production process and budgetary requirements without losing sight of the creative aspect. As a certificated green consultant for film, she is able to analyze scripts, plan the implementation of ecological standards and can provide an accurate CO2 balance after the project has been completed. That also means helping you put measures in place to support sustainability and being in exchange with your ESG team.

Began her career in the production office of a TV film. From there she went on to work on several productions in various formats in different positions in production and assistant directing. She included post producing when she came into the world of commercials. She is an alumni of the renowned Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, so financing, distribution and sales are part of her skills set as well. She is very analytic and will develop strategic plans to intricate productions with many stakeholders, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
